Pretty good day it would appear. Some interesting stuff on Redeye. Scott Brown has some hot daughters. Kiran sported the ultra dark hose again. Becky didn't want to hang with Leigh Gallagher the Fortune babe. Natalie was sporting the fishnets. She did a sitdown with Courtney Hazlett. She really needs to wear more makeup. Scarlett Fu in for Margaret B. who is in Saudi Arabia. Somehow I doubt she'll look as good as Scarlett did. Alisyn was sporting some major hot hose. The PI babes have been hit or miss especially in winter. For some reason they feel they have to dress all dark and heavy half the time. Go-go was in a real nice wrappy kind of red dress. Kerri Lee of Fox 29 Philly did a sitdown Five Spot for the first time in a while. Mirella and some other chica capped off the night.

1/10 Caps
Alisyn once again rocking us a mix of bare on Saturday and hose on Sunday. Lis Wiehl once again showed why she is a hall of fame guest with her amazing leg display. Kate Snow showed again that she is pathologically incapable of giving us one full good weekend at least in the winter. We got nothing from the Today show. Jamie gave us another left leg cross. Might this be a new part of the show?

12/5 Caps
Well, lotsa good stuff today, mainly 'cuz I got all the new HD channels! So I got Fox & Friends and Alisyn was obliging quite nicely in a tight top and decent thigh. Not quite as much as the old days though. FBN doesn't seem to benefit from the HD as much. Their SD channel seems almost as good. The biz channels put the picture to the left and use the right panel for all of their stats. FNC really takes advantage of the widescreen. In fact their SD channel is now letter-boxed as they are not even attempting to frame their shots for a 4:3 viewing area. Make sense I guess. Was annoying when I was trying to cap before cuz the picture is essentially half the size.
Picked up the Weather Channel as well so I capped Weekend View with Kelly Cass and her partner whose name I didn't get. I used to cap the show but lapsed. But with it now in HD I will start watching it.

Can Someone Explain How This Makes Any Sense
So they made a big deal out of Gretchen taking over all three hours of Fox & Friends and Alisyn moving the weekend and it was supposed to start after Alisyn returned from vacation. So Alisyn returns from vacation and then the very next week Gretchen is now on vacation so Alisyn is now filling in for Gretchen for this week. Why the hell couldn't they have waited until everyone finished their vacations?

Alisyn to the Weekends, Gretchen Takin' Ova'!!!!!
Here is the story.
So this story to me doesn't make a whole lot of sense unless it's because they are trying to fend off Kiran at American Morning, which I kind of doubt, or else this is purely a political play on Gretchen's part to completely consolidate her position. Or it could simply be a move like all other moves, but I doubt it because whenever I evaluate a move, and Fox News loves making moves, I always look at how it inconveniences people. This move certainly only really benefits Gretchen and inconveniences everyone else. It moves Alisyn to the weekends, and it also shuts out Ainsley Earhardt and this new girl Megan Henderson, whom they hired seemingly to work the weekends! Now how smart is that to hire someone from a local station, move them to New York and then tell them, "Oh by the way, someone else is taking the job you might have been up for." Doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me, but then again, the news networks don't seem to put much emphasis on long-term planning. The funny thing about this is that I always thought Alisyn should have taken over the weekend job to begin once she came back from maternity leave and after the Kiran fiasco, but then they decided she would do the news reading and the First hour during the week and Page Hopkins did the weekend. Well, ok, fine, but now Page has disappeared into that place where they send older Fox news women (populated with the likes of Donna Fiducia, Linda Vester, Brigitte Quinn, and E.D. Hill) so I guess they needed someone in the female spot during the weekends, and for some reason it never worked out for either Ainsley or Megan or whoever. Fox seems to definitely be either losing their way or their minds when it comes to scheduling.
