Question: So Gretchen, What Was Your Excuse For Not Going To Work Today?
Answer: Oh I went to the All-Star game and it went until the middle of the night. Now normally that wouldn't fly too well with the boss but considering that Gretchen's husband is a big time sports agent I suppose she could be given a pass. Martha was in for her, and unfortunately she doesn't know the laptop rule, which is, don't let the laptop block your legs.

her disappearance was as sudden as it was unwanted

It's been asked before and no one seems to have a good answer. I remember when Page first disappeared, the question was posed to Fox, and they said that she went on vacation. Yeah but she had disappeared for at least a week or two already so that didn't explain anything.
